Please follow the steps below to schedule your DNA testing, DOT & Non-DOT drug testing, or notary service appointment: 1. **Select a Service**: - Choose the service you need (DNA Testing, DOT Drug Testing, Non-DOT Drug Testing, Notary Services). 2. **Choose a Date and Time**: - Browse the available dates and times on the calendar. Select the slot that best fits your schedule. 3. **Enter Your Details**: - Fill in your name, email address, and phone number. - Provide any additional information requested for the specific service you selected. This helps us prepare for your appointment. 4. **Confirm Your Appointment**: - Review your appointment details to ensure everything is correct. - Click the "Schedule Event" button to confirm your booking. 5. **Receive Confirmation**: - You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your appointment. - A reminder email will also be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 6. **Rescheduling or Canceling**: - If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, use the links provided in your confirmation email. Please refer to our cancellation policy for guidelines on notice periods and fees. **Tips for a Smooth Appointment**: - Arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. - Bring a valid photo ID. - For drug testing, follow any specific instructions provided (e.g., fasting, no caffeine), Also please ONLY bring your keys, form & ID. - For notary services, ensure you have all necessary documents and identification.
